Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is one of the most powerful tools that we can use to manifest our lives the way we wish to see it. Most of us don’t realize that we already use this law in our daily lives, all day, every day. We can either use this positively or negatively, so it is important for us to understand how it is affecting us each day.

The idea is notto live forever,but to createsomethingthat will.The law of attraction is the first law of the seven major universal laws and one, I believe, everyone should be taught about at an early age. I’m sure some of you have heard of, read, or watched the movie The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. If you haven’t, I highly recommend it. Especially if you are interested in learning about the Law of Attraction and how to change your belief structure to live the life you want. The Secret is based on how thoughts alone can change your life directly and by doing so you also add more positive energy into the world.

The law of attraction is the most powerful universal law of the seven laws because everything in the universe is energy and all energy has vibration and since it gives you everything you desire you must be aware of your daily thoughts.

In other words, the energy signals we send out, flow back to us with the same vibration. Meaning that the law of attraction brings both the wanted and unwanted energy into our lives and it all depends on our, thoughts, feelings and actions.

Consider writing down your thoughts for a day. Are they positive? Are they negative? Are they what you truly visualize for your life? Having a conscious awareness of your thoughts can be a driving catalyst for where you want to be in the moment and as your future self. Because at the end of the day if we want to create a better future for ourselves, we need to work with the law of attraction, not against it.

The universe does not judge. It brings to you the energy you put out with your thoughts, feeling, and actions. However, you carry your desires the universe hears you by picking up on the thoughts you are thinking. You just need to be aware of the vibration you’re sending out and the energy you want to receive back.

Fruit & Mint Salad

I’m a big fan of buying frozen fruit. I can use it on a whim and it doesn’t go bad if I forget about it. Using frozen fruit for a fruit salad was a new experience for me, but the salad came out sublime.

Minty Fruit Salad

  • 1lb frozen Mango, blueberry, and strawberry frozen fruit blend
  • 2oz raspberries
  • 1/3 cup packed mint, chopped (NOT 1/4 cup chopped mint)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 Tablespoons honey

Directions

Defrost frozen fruit in the refrigerator overnight.

Mix the defrosted fruit in a large bowl once defrosted add and mint.

Stir together the lime juice and honey in a small bowl (it takes a few minutes to get the honey to dissolve in the lime juice, then pour over fruit and berries. Gently stir the ingredients together and place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. The longer the mixture sits the better the salad gets.
